Motorhead & The Plasmatics: Tammy Can You Hear Me?
Sandy Robertson, Sounds, 18 September 1982
A DREAM or a nightmare, in retrospect it still sounds like the kind of project so daft that both parties involved would, by virtue of inherent mania, be well able to pull it off with nary a hitch: the howling vocalists of Motorhead and the Plasmatics, backed by their chums, getting together to record an iconoclastic crushing of the Tammy Wynette 'classic' 'Stand By Your Man'.
