New York Dolls: Too Much Too Soon (Mercury)
Wayne Robins, Zoo World, 1 August 1974
TOO MUCH Too Soon is a great album by an increasingly more mature band whose only limitation seems to be their dubious association with a collapsing fad, emphasizing the original Dolls' symbolism of everything wrong with the pretensions of New York glitter vanity.
