Parting Shot: Keith Morris 1938-2005
Mark Williams, Guardian Unlimited, 29 July 2005
IN THE EARLY 1970s, Keith Morris was asked to do a session for the first album with an unknown singer-songwriter, Nick Drake. Keith took a few dozen shots; they perfectly captured Drake's shy, world-weary nature. He was to be the only photographer the artist would collaborate with, before his premature death in 1974.
