TO QUOTE the title of one of his famous Atlantic recordings, a virtually guaranteed event is the annual visit of the Ray Charles revue with The Raelets and the Orchestra, come rain or come shine. Anyone who's been reading Blues & Soul for any length of time will know what to expect in any review of the show, because frankly, they change so little every year that there becomes less and less to say.
