SOME OF MY friends keep telling me that it's never coming back, but I'm an incurable optimist and despite the dismal last few years of pop, I can't help but think that it is indeed finally coming back, especially when I hear an album like this one. Ex-Easybeat and mod-maniac Little Stevie Wright is small no more. He's simply Steve Wright now, and has come up with a wonderful debut album.
