THE SIXTH Terrastock Festival--that bastion of psychedelia, nu-folk and experimental music that grew out of Britain's revered Ptolemaic Terrascope magazine--will take place April 21-23 in Providence, R.I. Since Terrastock's inception nine years ago, it's been held in diverse hubs of underground activity ranging from Boston to Seattle to London; T6 marks a homecoming, as Providence hosted the first Terrastock in 1997.
