IT'S THE MID-1950s in Houston, Texas, east of Galveston Bay and west of the River Colorado, and some of the local folks are having themselves a party and a celebration. It's a graduation party for four fine young boys who are the toast of the neighbourhood since they left Texas Southern University in Dallas.
