DESPITE WHAT some people may say to the contrary, the most significant thing about it is NOT the fact that Bob Dylan crops up for a rare appearance. As the title suggests, Doug Sahm's guests (Dylan, Dr. John, David Bromberg and Fathead Newman included) predominantly play the role of a supporting band as Doug steps forward to sing and play a few select tunes.
