IT'S ALMOST FOUR years since Janet Jackson's last album – Control The Remixes hardly counts – and nearly 12 months since she began recording this with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, during which time all sorts of rumours surfaced about the difficulties involved with making this record. And a few of them might even have been true, as too often the producers and performers are pulling in opposite directions.
