GRAHAM PARKER'S salute to Lowell George at the close of his Santa Monica Civic concert last weekend symbolized the respect the rock community held for the singer-songwriter-guitarist who died on June 29 of a heart attack. Many artists who had either worked with the 34-year-old George or recorded his songs were quick to remember him.
