THE SUCCESS of Motown's Supremes somewhat overshadowed most of the other girlie-groups in America back in the mid-sixties. But one trio who managed to hold their own were three hip swaying, pony-tailed good-lookers called the Ronettes, who sang those young love songs like 'Walking In The Rain', 'Baby I Love You' and 'Be My Baby'.
