AUGUST, 1969: Upstate New York. All along America's Eastern seaboard upright citizens of this great nation are starting to slowly stir from deep and uneventful sleep. Shortly, there will be the usual scratchings and stretchings, the yawning start of a new day. There will soon be breakfasts and the bustle of children and the hissing of summer lawns, the unhurried routine of a typical Sunday.
