IT'S A FOOL who writes anyone off, but the supposedly triumphant return-to-the-fray that was the single '(I Just Wanna) B With U' barely penetrated an already low-selling Top 40. The proverbial question mark must now hang over Transvision Vamp's third album. Without the full glare of popular attention and enthusiasm, a would-be bestseller can stand very naked indeed.
