Sutherland Brothers and Quiver: Reach for the Sky
Bud Scoppa, Rolling Stone, 22 April 1976
THIS CLASSY ROCK GROUP from Britain somehow managed, over the course of its three Island albums, to grow progressively more obscure, despite an infectious '73 hit, 'You Got Me Anyway'. But now, with both its roster and its sound pared down to basic rock & roll configuration (two guitars, bass and drums) and a fresh start on Columbia, the Sutherland Brothers & Quiver have made a big step toward fulfilling their promise.
