The Hollies: Romany
Ken Barnes, Phonograph Record, March 1973
THE HOLLIES ARE nothing if not resilient. When Graham Nash (long regarded as the key member of the group) left, Allan Clarke and Tony Hicks took over, signed up a sound-alike Swinging Blue Jean, Terry Sylvester, and rolled blithely onward. And when Clarke nearly decked the Hollies by bowing out last year, the group quickly moved to enroll a Swedish vocalist by the name of Mikael Rickfors.
