ALTHOUGH JOCELYN Brown has had her fair share of hits — particularly in the UK — since she was catapulted to fame (not necessarily fortune, though!) back in '84 with 'Somebody Else's Guy', it is really only now that she is receiving the recognition that her talent demands. The big change in her life was signing with Warner Brothers Records and the ensuing release of her first album, One From The Heart. It's already spawned one monster hit in 'Ego Maniac' and is, believe me, laden with many more.
