WHEN MARTINA McBride stares out from the eight — count 'em, eight — photos on her debut CD, with her blue eyes and high cheekbones, the 25-year-old Kansan looks for all the world like Michelle Pfeiffer. That resemblance certainly won't hurt the commercial prospects of this enjoyable but less-than-earth-shaking album.
