WHAT A difference a decade makes. "When we started," Motley Crüe singer Vince Neil recalls, "we were so naive about the business that our first manager signed us to a 10-year contract with power of attorney — for a crisp $100 bill. Fortunately, there's a law in California against signing [management contracts] for more than seven years. But I'd never seen a $100 bill before. I felt like, 'Yeah, we made it!'"
