HAMMOND, INDIANA —   Most rock stars look to groupies, drugs or hotel wrecking to relieve the tensions of the road. But Ted Nugent, who takes no drugs and is the happily married father of a two-year-old daughter, has a unique solution. En route to a gig at the Civic Auditorium in Hammond, Ted, who's as famous for his hunting prowess as for his guitar feedback blitz, stopped in at an archery range for some target practice.
