DON FELDER is one mutha guitar player. Swooped up by Eagles from a stint with David Blue, his Joe Walsh-type flash is a welcome addition to a band that needed an electric jolt to their spine. It's like the Buffalo Springfield or the Byrds; each band's strength derived from its juxtaposition of smoothness and raunch.
