MICHAEL OCHS was caught red-handed in 1958 stealing a copy of the Five Shillings' 'Letter to an Angel' single from a Columbus, Ohio, department store. When you're 14 years old and getting a weekly allowance of 50 cents, you resort to desperate measures if you must have every record that comes out.
