FOR TOO long the Paul Butterfield Blues Band has been buried in deepest Chicago, its unique brand of tough, modern — but from the roots — blues has been missing over here. Maybe now they're here more notice will be taken of them — because they are showing us the way in being original, modern, aggressive and traditional all at the same time.
