A short and rather scruffy man, accompanied by a handsome L.A. Ethnic (tee-shirt, jeans, clean black moustache) is milling around Oxford on an afternoon characterised by brilliant sunshine. He finally leads his tall chum into Brown's, a spag and salad joint (beiges and potted plants), and orders a large platter of greens. He isn't annoyed; he just looks that way.
