Blender

Blender magazine was the print version of a magazine originally published in CD-ROM form, which had been launched in 1994, and was then made available online. The print edition, published in New York, started in 1999, and was part of the publishing interests of Felix Dennis, who had been one of the founders of Oz magazine in the 1960s. Dennis Publishing sold the title in 2007. The magazine continued to be published until April 2009. The online edition continues.
