GOODNESS KNOWS, it's hard enough to sit yourself high in the air and look down penetratingly at anything in rock/pop with a view to clocking its historical or sociological, perhaps above all its plain common-sensical significance. Does much rock pop make any sense at all (other than careless economic fragments in space)? I don't think so.
