GIVE IGGY Pop a sense of occasion and he'll rise to it — magnificently. The difference between Friday's concert and the first London appearance of his current tour (at the Music Machine in April) began with the audience, whose tense anticipation burst forth into a roar of acceptance at his entrance, and upon which he subsequently thrived for the rest of the show.
