KIM FOWLEY sat in the Angus steak house munching buttered toast and drinking milk, happily unable to communicate with the waiters. He was wondering — and so was I — how I should describe him to Record Mirror readers (all of you out there). "You could say that I wrote 'Nut Rocker' which was a number one here," Kim said hopefully.
