CAN'T REMEMBER exactly when the seminal folkie Tom Rush was last heard around here, but Saturday's show at McCabe's is definitely a case of long time, no see. The Portsmouth native and Harvard student was among the first wave of guitar-picking singers who infused the folk revival with vital new blood in the early 1960s.
