TRAVELLING TO Liverpool by train, passing through the industrial landscape of warehouses and factories that once made Britain 'Great', you're reminded of the North's 19th Century capitalist legacy. These burnt out brick buildings on either side of the town were once alive with whirring and clanking noises, in times when the mills of Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield were the epicentre of world trade. Times change, but maybe not as much as we think...
